It's all in a name. This 3rd edition of the "Le Blanc" signature white is a nod to our Acadian roots. Seems fitting as our grapes and the Acadians both share a tradition of being uprooted and thriving in harsh conditions.
This delicate white has a beautiful light golden straw core with a watery edge. Its ripe fruit palate has hints of citrus. The wild flowers and honey and apples nose gives this medium acid wine it's crisp and fresh tastewhen paired with lightly spiced saltwater coastal dishes, such as shrimp and scallops in a ginger cream sauce.
