A beautiful blend of cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon from Niagara aged in oak in our cellar, then blended with our own Sabrevois. The sabrevois grape is large, sweet and juicy and allows us to produce our signature wine year on year. Rich with cherry, plum and blueberry notes on the nose and a medium long finish; this deep ruby cold hardy gem brings warmth to any meal and will happily hold its own with anything from backyard BBQ chicken to elegant glazed salmon. Our 2015 vintage is more than ready to drink now, or can be laid down for a couple of years.
